Mid-State Sales is seeking to fill the Office Assistant position within our fluid conveyance manufacturing facility. We are an ISO 9001: 2015 registered manufacturer of hydraulic hose and tube assemblies and have provided our customers with quality products and services since 1969. Come join our team!

As an Office Assistant at Mid-State, you will:

Answer phone calls, and route calls to the proper departments
Greet and direct in-person visitors
Manage office supplies and inventory as needed
Sort, file, and prepare documents
Assist office personnel with special projects
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and other employees via email to relay memos
Light clerical and data entry tasks, as needed

Have Microsoft Office experience, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Mid-State Sales is both a fabricator and distributor of fluid transfer products, fluid transfer assemblies and hydraulic components. Our fluid transfer products are optimized for both OEM customers and products and for industrial customers and users. In addition, Mid-State Sales leads the industry in custom solutions from our tube assembly production team, enabling your original equipment manufacturer’s unique product with our engineering guidance.
